Jessica Vierling- WSOPC Main Event Champion!

Jessica Vierling proved to be unstoppable as the day went on in this record breaking WSOPC Main Event, knocking out virtually everyone at the final table on her way to a career best $328,273 score.

On the final hand, Vierling raised to 800,000, and Christian Roberts defended his big blind to see a flop of [5h][3s][3c] come down. Roberts checked to Vierling, who fired 400,000. Roberts went for a check raise to a million, and Vierling called to see the [Kc] hit the turn.

Roberts went for a bet of 2,000,000 this time, and Vierling again called to see the [Ac] complete the board. Roberts emptied the clip by moving all in, and Vierling beat him into the pot, showing [6d][3d] for trip threes.

Roberts had been bluffing with [Jd][7c], and Vierling claims the ring, the fourth won by a woman this series. It’s also the biggest payout of the series, and Vierling also punches her ticket to the tournament of champions later this week. Congratulations Jessica!
