Action folded to chip leader Stephen Ma in the small blind, and he shoved all in, easily having Arnie Friedman covered in the big blind. Friedman called with [Kh][10h], and Ma was caught stealing with [Qs][3h]. Neither player would improve, keeping Friedman in line for the double up, evening his stack with Ma’s.

Chad Lipton had just doubled up through Christian Roberts, and on the next hand, Roberts shoved his final 375,000 in with [Ac][6h]. Two seats behind him, Lipton woke up with [10h][10d], and put him at risk. The flop of [10c][8h][2s] all but ended things, and the [2d] turn confirmed the bounty for Lipton.
