Paul Hizer shoved all in from the button for his final 2,675,000, and Art Papazyan called to put him at risk with [5s][5d]. The flop of [Js][8s][7d] gave Hizer some extra outs, as a nine would work for him now, and the [7c] turn also means that a river jack or eight would work now too. However, Art unnecessarily improved to a full house on the [5h] river, and Hizer became the first victim of the final table.

Papazyan strengthened his chip lead with that KO, as we are now down to eight.
