Andrew Tree got his short stack in from the small blind with [Qd][3s], but Preston Patz saw an ace and made the call in the big blind, holding [Ad][2h].
The flop of [Ah][7h][5h] all but ended the hand, and the [Jh] turn made it official, though a fifth heart would have ended up in a chop. The [7s] wasn’t that, and Tree hit the rail in 4th.
Patz is just behind Luke Nguyen now, as he is looking to become the first three-time winner of the series.
