John Solis raised to 550,000 preflop, and Christina Gollins defended her big blind to see a flop of [Ad][8d][4h]. Solis fired 750,000, Gollins called, and the [7d] came on the turn. Gollins checked, then after Solis moved all in, Gollins snap called with what she surely thought was the best hand: [4c][4s] for bottom set. However, Solis had her beat with [As][Ad] for top set, and the one outer didn’t come on the river.
Solis doubled up to over eight million, while Gollins is now the short stack of the final three.
