Eventually, he would get it in preflop holding [9s][9c], and it was a classic coin flip, as chip leader Wesley Haymond put him at risk holding [As][Kd].

Haymond shot out to a lead on the [Ah][4c][4s] flop, and the [Jh] turn and [7h] river changed nothing. Swan will have to settle for sixth, while Haymond increases his chip lead, up to 2,800,000 now.
